So after reading extensively about 'Allie' I decided to ignore the negative reviews and take my chances.

I wouldn't trust those reviews for the reasons you so accurately point out but for two additional reasons. First, I have been disappointed in literally every Olita girl. Guys stay far away. This girl is useless. Nice to look at but that's it. To say she's mechanical is an understatement.
