IF its the same one that woman / man constantly walks that area waving down cars and does a good job posing as a woman and tries best to trick mongers. The location is spot on in the hobby area. 12th one block west of dixie. And sadly imagine it was a possible Ray Finkle situation and a monger found captain winkie and flipped out.

I saw her about 3 times on 12th until about 5 pm.

Kinda crazy, I was in that area around 7 pm and might have drove past the victim while they were walking. This will more than likely drive up the LEO activity in the area until the person is caught. Stay safe out there!
