Follies is officially done. Can't give out too much details for privacy reasons but they aren't opening back at all. Believe me or don't, but just remember I warned you about July 1st.

I saw a thread about this on Instagram yesterday. About 2/3 of the Follies ladies that posted said what Mr. RondaColdSon said. The rest held out hope.

ON ANOTHER NOTE: A couple of the IG posts seemed to suggest some mild animosity (basically just ribbing) between Follies ladies who disapproved of "extras" and those who didn't.

YET ANOTHER NOTE: If Atlanta-area strip clubs ever recover from Covid-19 impacts, there likely will be a new "extras" leader among the clubs. Over the years, multiple clubs all around the city have had runs when they were known as "the place to go for extras. " Clubs' reputations seem to change every few years.

Well if Follies is closed for good, what's the 'next best thing' in the realm of mileage at a club? Oasis? Fannies? Tattletales?

Yes, yes I am strip clubs are my thing and have been since 95 and have studied Sc strip clubs in Greenville Spartanburg Seneca for 20 years.

For quality of dancers, level of customer service Nikkitas in welford sc between greenville and Spartanburg 85 exit 66 can not be beat. Open 7-2 Wednesday Thursday. Later on weekends free cover prior to 8 pm. Byob (no hard liquor) couch dances 2 for 40. VIP. 30 min anywhere between 200-300 (first 100 goes to club) no kitchen club is always very clean.

Club lust on transit drive is to high end if you ain't throwing stacks 24/7 you will be over looked. VIP rooms are size of phone booth.

Godivas on augusta road is the wild west. It's drug market with a few naked chicks walking around.

Godivas on st mark in Taylors is 90% miss. Currently no couch or VIP room.

Trophy club is ok. Couch dances are two large couches in wide open. Zero privacy.

Club elite. Byob. Thursday-Saturday. Open late Friday Saturday. Security check at door is tsa x 10.

All dancers are required to be 30 plus with at least 1 child.

Couch dances only. Well monitored. No VIP.

LOL I was speaking in terms of Dr. Faucci giving nothing but bad news. RondaColdSon appears to be on it and rarely do I use Twitter but I peeped it and the news about them closing is everywhere. I'm with you though. There's no other place like it. Just have to let it play out. I'm reading a few of the girls got sick from the virus so even if they were to open back up we need a little more time for Covid to cease. 2020 has been a nightmare.

RondaColdSon is the Dr. Faucci of this forum right now but props to keeping up with good / accurate info. Good times in that place and glad I was able to end it with one of my favs on a good note. I went to Oasis Thursday night just to get a feel of what's to come and from what it seems there is some huge potential but I agree with what most have written: HIT OR MISS and VIP costs are $$ Covid is a MF but then again miracles do happen.

If they want to stay closed until the COVID-19 crisis totally disappears, then that's their right to do so. But to just board it all up permanently makes zero sense.

Don't surprise me as this pandemic kept a lot of business permanently closed I'm actually surprised more Strip Clubs haven't shut down. If we have another shutdown then the majority of strip clubs won't open back up at all.

Stopped by my favorite hangout to see what it is like since the reopening. Got there around 6 and it was pretty dead, I only saw 2 dancers I recognized and several new ones. They have white looking latina with a big-butt and a white spinner with no tits. The rest were black which is fine by me. Still get very personal nude dances on the floor if you want.

I honestly feel bad for Follies dancers. Some of them were easily making 8 or 9 hundred bucks a night working there and enjoying their feminine gifts by putting boners in undies and now they are either sitting at home bored stiff or working at some shitty Starbucks or Target job making barely above minimum wage. We need to get these ladies back to work doing what God wanted them to do!

Think COVID simply accelerated something that has been happening since 2015 - good looking women, particularly those who are white, were able to make ok money in straight jobs unless the were fighting drug issues. It wasn't as much as say Follies, but from talking to a couple of dancers in my old hometown, they do not want to go back to the clubs, and deal with the high contact / other BS they deal with (almost every dancer I've met has admitted to having to drink some or hit the weed to start a shift). Some, or course, will still do so, out of choice or necessity, particularly those with drug problems. Which is why even before COVID the quality of dancers in clubs / at least where physical contact is availableacross country had fallen so far, with most remaining Either essentially scamming customers or willing to do high extras for drugs or to support kids as single moms.

Drove by just past noon and saw a convertible full of pretty ladies right in front of me trying to pull into Follies, though they couldn't because the lot was still closed up.
