I was about to pull the trigger and TOFTT but I just noticed another ad that has nearly the exact same text and have seen others post that this is likely a scam. Not accepting cash is a big red flag for sure. Could be that one or the other lacks originality and just did a copy / paste but seeing two nearly identical ads and one likely a scam makes me hesitate on the other ad.
