Yes and demand is a market factor. So what that means is if the current price causes demand to decrease below equilibrium, they will be forced to lower the price in order to make bread.

They are just trying it on you. They figure we are so desperate after 4 months of no massage that we need it so bad.

Bottom line: if you want the price to go back down, stand your ground.

Update: one of my regs said she convinced her boss to give me a discount. If they care about your business (and can count) they will knock it off and go back to "market" price.

Saw her last month, I won't repeat. Service was rushed, she's got a ridiculous looking fake tan, service was mechanical. There are better Brazilians out there.

She's definitely the type you feel more of a connection with. I've never had a mechanical experience and upgrades were offered after the first visit. From what I gather she doesn't like to offer them site unseen, probably due to some bad experiences I would think. I love the ridiculous fake tan LOL I think in Brazil it's very popular to have tan lines.

Aria spa has a sign on their door saying they will open on Monday July 6th. I have no idea if Yoko will come back. I have tried contacting her asking her this very question and she has just left me on read, no response at all. I have a feeling she either doesn't know or (perhaps more likely) isn't planning on returning. The phone number of the spa is also disconnected.

Yoko is the actual owner of Aria spa. My bet is she'll be working if the spa opens up. She take a pretty long break a year ago from there. I saw her right before the shutdown, still freaky as ever.

Went to paradise spa today, one of spa I often go. Once you enter they take your temperature and ask you to sign a waiver, claiming they not responsible if you get covid. They increased all house fees like the other spa in the convoy area. The 30 min is $35 and the hr is now $60. The girl I got was Anne, she must be new because never seen her before. She seems quite young maybe in her early 20's. Her massage is one of the best I had, but she puts lots of oil on you. She a fun girl and very quiet in the beginning, but opens up later. Her technique was good. But HJ, I taught would increase but it was $40, maybe other spas like mbc down the street would be more. I would come back again.

Also, does anyone has intel on stars spa on Clairemont mesa, never been here. I was there couple nights ago checking the Verizon store next door and saw a young girl outside and she ask want a massage, but told her I have no time.
