Saw Linda, had seen her before the shutdown and had planned on seeing again back then but that woman in Michigan ruined my plans. This place is very busy now. I believe I heard Anita's name, that she is back there now. Linda is a fun person to spend time with, quite personable. I visited with Star last week. She said they just reopened. Texted and got a reply in minutes. Easy set up, but she wasn't that busy. Clean private studio North of 28th on Byron Center. Star is sweet & skinny with beautiful soft skin. Massage was meh. Upsell on everything. $60 for nude rub, another $60 for HE. $$ for covered FS but she doesn't allow DATY.

Pros: Cute provider, quiet venue, clean, safe. Easy setup. Door fee is same as market value. Extended menu.

Cons: Upsell for everything.

Summary: I would repeat just to invest time for future $ negotiating. Cute & likable provider.
