Dude no need to apologize. I would have had the same expectations as you given her website description. I think we set ourselves up to fail when we go into a situation with certain expectations that aren't realistic. I think a lot of it has to do research. I know LV has a lot of GFE escorts that are reasonably priced (300-400). $800 for HJ is neither an agency or a LV thing. It's a straight up ripoff. There's a few review sites that have a good LV section.
