"She" has ads from Boston to LA and many cities in between with multiple VOIP numbers. Another clue even before using image search is "Location: Your Place" (sometimes Your City). Translation: I'm a lazy scammer who can't be bothered to type in the city I'm trying to scam so I'll just use the same ad for all locations.

I have a rule that I go by that normally weeds out the scammers. If they only take cash app or pay pal or a gift card then I tell them that I'll only send it after I meet them in person and are in the room with them. Most of the time they have a excuse as to why they can't meet or they say that I need to trust to them. Though I have read where a guy did meet the girl and cash app the girl in the room and she refused to do anything and just played on her phone. So it's not 100% fool proof but it does weed out most of the fakes. 99.9% of the time if you have to send anything to get the room number then they are fake. The link you posted I've tried contacting her several times but never responds. Honestly I just have fun messing with acting like I sent them the money LOL. Makes them mad haha.
