No. The website does not say it was seized, nor has it wvwr said it was seized. The website is inoperable at this time, and the owner was arrested in California yesterday and awaits extradition to Texas.

Most of the seized sites have a new front page showing they were seized. Funny how you do a search, some pages just have no content, some go to an error finding the page.
