I have tried to set something up with her more than once. Never got a response to texts or calls.

I agree with you. This lady has been around for a long time and I would see her myself, but outcall is not a possibility for me. I would see her otherwise. She has had stellar reviews Over the years. I wish she did an incall every so often.
