Scammer, looking for you to send Steam cards(cards used to purchase items on Valve's Steam store, which is a PC gaming service) electronically "5-10 minutes before you show up". Just for grins I said why don't I show up on the next block like 5-10 minutes before meeting, you pretend like you need fresh air, and walk over to meet me, and I'll hand you the card? Crickets. Like how is a Steam card going to get someone out of the house? You use it to buy video games to install on your computer, if anything that'd be keeping one in.

A little sleuthing found her linkedin which says she lives in Jacksonville, FL.

So. 1) maybe she's real and moved to Chicago. 2) Maybe she's a real person who is just using fake pics. Or 3) maybe she's a scammer offering a TGTBT scenario and baiting you into sending a e-gift card to a scammer. I'm going with door #3 she's a scammer.

I agree fully with Pau's assessment. Funnily, the girls have largely been following the opening stages of the economy and now that restaurants are open, heads are popping back up. I've had a number of meet-ups, some masked initially, which makes me chuckle a bit, given how things end. I think June / July will be pretty fruitful.
