I think you are totally wrong, 100% wrong. They have standard rates just like many other places that provide similar services. This might be a silly question but have you been there? Dirt cheap they are not and will laugh at you if you try. For sure you get what you're expecting there.

Actually the member you referred to had better experience than me. I had her when she just started at HS, and had absolute no idea what to do. I have not found a pre-paid card that will work, after mulitple tries. I ended up working out how to use a bitcoin atm where you can deposit cash, and turn it around into bitcoin -- the one I use is in Norco. Definitely not cost effective, but it does work.
