I would prefer to schedule the day before as well, and used to but once naughty review and eccie went away it just stopped being an effective use of time. Most often it was either a no show or the provider would be late with some version of phone trouble, car trouble, ill family member, or over sleeping. I have found it more efficient that I just try on the day I am interested. Of course I have the luxury of being flexible and if I do not like the selection on a given day to simply try later in the week. Not sure how people with tight schedules pull it off.

Open to any suggestions used by other members that have found a better solution.
