I agree with you completely, I think it is very noticable. I was with Mona and had a decent time at NDS but was mechanical and lack luster. I saw Yuki on Tuesday at KMS, was surprised to see her at this location. Blue Moon on Fairbanks near I-4 is closed and so is the old standard on Harold Ave off of Fairbanks. Looks like the end of an era for IHOP. The whole shopping plaza looks like its ready to be demolished. There's no entrances available and the whole shopping plaza is wrapped with a construction company's "coming soon" signs. SMH, Great, just what 17-92 in Winter Park needs; more little shops that sell overpriced food and trinkets with no parking spots in sight. Just My Opinion, I could be wrong. Cheers! SMF1234.
