I witnessed two city LEO cars with lights flashing and cars stopped (both on the opposing side of the road going southbound), another city LEO car sitting in a parking lot a short distance north of that overpass (0. 9 miles from KMS) on the northbound side with a radar/laser gun pointed back at my traffic direction (I was wisely and carefully observing the posted speed limits), and then two more cars tooling around the area, and even one car seeming to wander the parking lot at the shopping center across the street from KMS. None of that seemed focused on the AMP and none of that bothered me in the least, however, there apparently WAS another reason for so many in the area (writing traffic tickets).

I appreciate the update on this, I am working in Kissimmee for the next 2 weeks so that will be my go to spa for 2 weeks now. The speed trap does make sense.
