Since the code is entered electronically, a manager could potentially see how often the code was entered. If they see 10 times a day, they're going to get suspicious. That's why they don't give out the code.

I've been to their carlsbad incall. Nothing too out of the ordinary. They use fake pics obviously but Gals are ok looking mostly in their 40's. They deliver on 180/30 min BBFS, but no kissing (covid probably) or CIP. Limitted English and basic service, but they have decent attitudes. They have you wait like 15 min when you text them that you have arrived. Not sure about the other services they offer. They are rotated every week so YMMV.

Mostly older Chinese ladies working out of cheap motel rooms, every once a while there's a pretty decent looking girl, but usually older chubby ladies. They literally try to get you out of there within 15 minutes. Since discovering the Asian apt scene on HX, I've never been back.

It appears the gate code doesn't work for this complex as a whole (so it's not specific to FEC). I haven't seen anyone use the keypad entering the complex for over a year now.

1. get out of quarantine with a 25 gift card.

2. join as many groups as possible, specifically noobz.

3. contact any ladies you have previously seen before that are also on HX and get them to rate you. Don't forget to rate them back.

4. contact as many ladies as you can that are noob friendly (noobz group is helpful here) and see them / get rated. Higher level ladies are better for rating purposes.

5. have a network of 3 or 4 ladies on HX and then approach the Asian groups.

The shortcut is to simply give the Asian bookers your work / personal info and get vetted that way. That is risky IMHO, so I advise you to take the route identified above.

From my experience, depending on which agency you are interested in- Some will require you have history with multiple girls shown on your account, and others will be willing to entertain with zero reviews. Just contact them and ask what they need. Literally just like you did here. It'll be fine.
