Getting verified is a bit of pain but it's worth it. I took the plunge a few weeks ago and I have to admit I was floored by disparity between the service I received. It's 40/140 asking but you can negotiate to 120. Or 60/160 for the hour but YMMV based on your looks / hygiene / ethnicity.

I agree 100%. There are some open actually. I have used the other reviews sites as a gauge. My favorites seem to be closed but there are some operating with the lights off. Many are open in OC if you don't mind driving.
