The truth is there is no way you to know if the girl is disease free or not. Like many mentioned in the past, it a risk that you just have to decide whether to do it or not. Low volume or clean non druggies sp has lower chance but it not a guarantee. This is why I decided to stop because I'm not on any prep med and def don't want to push my luck. Other might disagree as they say they have bbfscip / cia for many yrs and catch nothing.
