I realize there's not much out these days to choose from, and we sometimes lower the bar, which I did in this case, but I would avoid this one. She's a waste of time, IMO. Can confirm, apartment complex is a bit rundown but not quite ghetto. There was also a car running outside near the apartment but not sure what kind since it has been a few months.
