I largely agree with what you're saying. I simply see a potential hassle that I'd rather avoid if I can. I'd rather not talk to the police, have a confrontation with neighbors, etc. Not when there are plenty of other options.

That is not good at all and any hobbyist do need to be made aware that her neighbors are complaining and going to uncle LEO with this, I have never heard of this happening before with a provider.
