Sorry for the strange post, need some intel. Across the street from the Best Buy and Red Robin there is an apartment complex. Agreed. Though I feel some of that is tied to cost-of-living / convenience for NoVA residents. And I'm sure many may not want to drive all the way to Bmore for the better values (e.
