As a business model, I get it. Lure guys into thinking "Next time, baby, next time" and keep stringing 'them along.

If there is some friendly grazing or touching and immediate acknowledgement of "hey, just playing" OK no harm no foul.

Full on manipulation and direct touching and then the old bait and switch of "oh no we don't do that here" or "diy baby" - sucks and can't be rewarded.
