Assuming you found this person online, they were promoting someone underage, according to their claim. That's their felony and a big one. To go to the police would be funny to watch. Here's my take on it: Basically it's extortion plain and simple. If the person sending this is the pimp and "Vicky" really is 17, then the pimp is guilty of compelling a minor to engage in prostitution and is in way deeper shit than you if the authorities find out about it. The threats here are so over the top and are in and of themselves evidence of criminal activity on the part of the sender. They are banking on you being so afraid that you will fork over the money. They are so confident you will cave and not call the authorities on them that they want the money electronically and therefore traceable. So I'd chalk it up to a real big learning experience and have yourself a beer at five o'clock and ignore them. Then again, these (stupid) self-incrimination extortionists are probably folks whose lives are so well and truly fucked up they feel they have nothing to lose and everything to gain by bleeding you dry.
