As always, YMMV, but I had a great experience. It never hurts to lay out a potential tip in open view. She was very accommodating and communicated well (or whoever had the phone communicated well. I took one for the team based on the rub ratings reviews the other day. The one negative seemed like typical paranoia for new clients, and the one positive was someone who had review history and I had the extra cash so I went for it. The no upsells seemed nice for once.

Short answer: I had a great undraped but otherwise 100% legit massage. Apparently no upsells means no funny business at all. I did not leave happy, but it was a decent massage. Not worth $$. 5 though.
