Sounds like they're adopting a practice that is now a national requirement in the Dominican Republic. I lived there for three years and it had advanced to a requirement even for family members.

Not much of a surprise. I mean, damn, it was so obvious what was going on. The regular girls don't wear anything as skimpy, tight, or flashy as what the most recent ones were wearing.
