If that ad isn't just a total scam (which seems likely), it's likely just for an asian agency. Yeah, there's reports in the forum I can't seem to find for some reason, but she belongs on the list. I seem to recall she's a scheduling nightmare and stacks people but overall might be worth the trouble. Thought AnimeWeedLord posted about her but search function is failing me at the moment.
