Is that why when I see people walk out with a haircut They look like they got the bowl cut from dumb and dumber 😳.

Earlier today saw update from our governor that we are going into Phase 3. I'll probably give a call to The Little Beauty Center I heard some things about. Need a haircut badly too. Decided to call Bolsa Place and still no answer waited a few minutes and left. The place is open. I checked it out because someone mentioned it on here. I did not call first, just went there, parked in the back. I saw two girls, maybe more inside I don't know. They saw me in my car, and one of them went out and waved me in. There was another monger waiting in his car too, so I left. Anyway, definitely open although hours may not be consistent.
