I don't use Venmo, gave me too many issues in the past. But Cashapp has less security features, for lack of a better term, on creating / having accounts. I use Cashapp occasionally. I've probably only used it a handful of times. But I have mine tied to my burner number that's tied to a burner email with bullshit info. And the money part, I use Privacy.com, which Cashapp allows and I don't think Venmo does. Privacy.com allows you too set up with bullshit info, too. So you can generate a random card number with bullshit info like John Billie Dumbass from Spokane, Washington and it'll work. Which that is of course tied to your account info. So If the police really want to go through a fake cashapp to a fake email to a fake credit account to get my info to find me for $80 to a provider, then. OK I guess. But that's such a waste of resources for APD or CPD that I don't feel too concerned.
