Last time I was in the area there were cop cars in the parking lot. This place is on their radar. Heard there were some complaints about the place being open.

Because of possibly contradictory reports about certain places, and my unfamiliarity with all of them, I went out this afternoon to check things out.

Harbor Spa is behind McDonalds on Harbor north of Westminster. The front door was locked, with an explanatory sign on the door. It does not have a back door.
