Because of possibly contradictory reports about certain places, and my unfamiliarity with all of them, I went out this afternoon to check things out.

Harbor Spa is behind McDonalds on Harbor north of Westminster. The front door was locked, with an explanatory sign on the door. It does not have a back door. Yes, in standard notation, he means $140. Due to the confusion that the notation causes, I am really not certain why anyone would want to use it. Aside from that, the forum software auto-corrects the notation and adds a space in it, which further causes more confusion.
