I usually just negotiate from multiple numbers / accounts and go with wherever I got the best rate*; literally just some variation of "hey, I saw you advertising at X, that's above my budget but can we meet at why? If so I'd like to book".

Keeping in mind that their desire to accept lower rates is a function of their ability to book their time, in her case I asked for a morning session where she had no one so it was probably easier and I would of gotten more pushback asking for 6 pm.
