Thanks Steak for your input. For the most part, you are right but I have had a couple of cases where bringing a phone was handy. Once was in a resort resort which had lots of buildings, it was like a maze. It took forever to find and she txt me a map with the room circled. Another time the room was in a locked building and she assumed I can sneak in when people enter or exit. Guess what, no one did for like 10 mins. I asked her to open the door but she wouldn't since she wasn't dressed appropriately. LOL.

I'm confused. What do you need to keep your burner phone with you when you walk in? You already know the room number. You will be there in 2 minutes. What other communication do you need? Why not just leave your burner phone in your car?

Good advice. Do you bring your burner phone as well for texting? I would be hard to communicate without it on you. Also, is it a smartphone? Texting on a older style phone isn't the easiest

I use a burner Trac Phone flip phone. $19.99 at Target. I bought 2 of them few years ago. It was buy 1 get 50% off 2nd one. 2nd phone is still in the box and just in case I need another one?

Any cheap flip phone is perfect cause it fites perfectly in back pocket or front pocket long pants or shorts.

To each his own. I don't bring anything with me that has any personal identifiable information, especially not my DL or platinum cards. I stopped using a classic wallet many years ago. It just hurts my butt cheek when I sit down. I use a leather phone jacket found on Amazon for my particular device and the cover has pockets inside that holds my DL, CC's, and business cards. Yeah, like I'm going to bring all that to a room where a pimp is lying in wait to ROB me. When I am going to see a hooker that day, I make sure I wear cargo pants that has 7 or 8 pockets to hold all my gear like cameras, Plan B pill, condoms, single pack lube, extra cash, etc. But definitely no wallet or iPhone. I use an old smartphone as my backup camera because it has a 128 GB SD card for memory and an 15 MP lens but it does not have an active number. If I do get jacked, anything on me can be replaced, but my identity and privacy cannot.

As I said, I bring a wallet but everything is disposable (=fake) except for the car key. If the pro's want your I'd, the license plate is very easy unless you take care to hide your car. So you go to the hotel and have to announce that you just arrived in your car. And then you walk in the front door. In some hotels, you even have to get into the paid parking lot with limited entries.

I don't think I look good in cargo pants with 8 pockets, LOL, and my outfits need to be Carmichael flexible. Therefore I have the alternative wallet for that. One side for the donations and the other side for tips and extras. Two SKYN condoms instead of the cards. A Roman wipe. And all the pills I need in an hour, that is two different 1/4 pills in aluminum foils. I guess Plan B isn't that big to fit in my wallet if I ever need it. The mirror less cameras are pretty small nowadays, easier on the pockets than a 6" phone. But I prefer my phone for close-ups plus two cams on two mini tripods. I would rather bring a bag. Since I prefer to do auditions first before the big investment so that's not a problem. If I want to repeat, I'll bring the full gears.

I do bring my phone because it's almost in constant lockdown anyway. I can't afford anybody else to get inside my phone.
