I'm not surprised to hearing some of this in all honesty as most of these providers definitely have a shelf life in this hobby. Especially the higher volume ones like Emerson Grey. I'm not going to speculate as to why I experienced what I experienced, but I saw her recently after a 6-month hiatus.
