Testing is another nightmare. I read a report that these quicky tests are not very accurate. They just give a result and the tester can determine if they need to go for a better test. This thing is a mess, and we don't know a lot about it at scale.
Do you and others realize testing is not the be all and end all? So you test negative today, so what? You might have already come in contact with it but it has not incubated enough to show up on a test.

I just recover from C19 now and I can tell you this virus is as nasty as it gets. I walked into emergency and a few hours later, I don't have a clue what was going on. I woke up 3 weeks later in rehab.
    Glad you made it!

Do you think you caught it at a Strip Club?
The last 2 days before I got the Covid 19 I spent in Oasis having ribeye steaks with a few of my fav hot girls. I did not get any dances for fear of catching the virus. None of the girls got the virus. Maybe I am older than them. I tried to be careful, but apparently not enough.

That Vaccine will most likely give you Coronavirus just like how The Flu Vaccine gives you the Flu I think it's almost a no win situation and the fact the USA has a complete idiot for a President doesn't make it any better.

    Smh.

You're only allowed to exit your vehicle and pay admission to Follies if your test comes back negative. If positive, you must exit the parking lot.

This provides a continuous testing framework since this test (with instant results) could theoretically be implemented by all public establishments before its workers and patrons are allowed to enter / re-enter (no exceptions). Without a continuous testing framework then reopening seems like an enormous gamble.

A company called Abbott has been and still is producing exactly this type of testing kit at scale. What's shocking to me is that there is no federal mandate that funds and deploys continuous testing. This solution seems like a silver bullet in terms of curbing the spread, saving lives, boosting consumer confidence, and speeding up economic recovery while we wait for a vaccine. The only real downside to this approach is that it will take longer to get inside a place of business.
Who wants to go through all of that just to go inside a damn strip club I mean people not going to be bothered with it too much of a hassle to everyone. I say this the strip club scene probably will never recover from this Coronavirus pandemic.

Actually, being in the medical industry that kind of testing and set up is QUITE expensive also there is not a "few minute" testing kit that is available with actual accurate results. Also, from a business standpoint it would be a loss for them to have all that equipment / test kit when they cost about 120 $ a pop for a 10 $ head admission fee? That's a -110 $ they would have to go on. The fastest test kits right now are 45 minutes and it requires you to have a PCR machine that can churn those results those machines alot are 5 k-10 k.

If Follies reverses the polarity on the big metal detector and gets the right flux capacitor it can be used to detect coronavirus, right? Or maybe let the dancers help screen customers. Maybe semen tastes different if you are infected. Then again, after that test no need to go inside.

    Simple solution for reopening

But for more at risk, older guys like me, Follies for now really isn't a smart option. There's just too little control over points of contact (people all around, multiple women getting right up in your face to talk) to make it worthwhile. An escort, on the other hand, now seems much more manageable in terms of making sure things are safe as long as certain basics (I. E. NO kissing; CDC says virus is passed on by saliva) are followed. Having never done that, not sure how it will go, though this forum helps.

For you younger guys, have fun. It was a nice ride while it lasted.
