Thanks for clarifying how she canceled. It's important to be clear in the reports how a provider ghosts and / or cancels. It happens, some worse than others. This thread is here so we can report our experiences, good or bad.

I booked for an hour each time. 1. 6 This last time she texted 45 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start saying she was sorry something came up. The first time she said that the time we had agreed upon wouldn't work for her now. It was for 3 in the afternoon 2 Saturdays ago.
