What I do is when a provider shows up on uncle's f-book page, I pull up the mugshot and google the arrest location. If its a hotel / notel, I note it as a place to avoid. And yes. If a monger is caught in a sting, their mugshot would also be broadcast.

I sometimes stay at the LQ in Cary (Crescent Commons) when in town, I've never seen Cary PD activity there, nor have I seen cars coming and going all the time, so I never suspected any mongering taking place at this hotel. Interesting.
