Here is another one that wants up front money. A little trust has to go both ways. If you send half the money you very well may never see her or your money again. Do you go to any retail shop where they demand half of the money up front before you can look at the merchandise? Would you do that? When did this "crap" start? This is right up there with all the scam add's that are appearing on STG. How dumb do these scammers think we are? Money up front, bait and switch, robbery, intimadation, etc. In this present moment it is best to stick with your known providers and it is important that we share a much information as we can as to the legitamate providers.

No Deposit! Ever!
The digital reciepts have definitely been used in criminal cases by LEO. Never send money to an alleged provider. You could be sending to LEO in a sting and then they have you. Also it is an excellent way to support some internet scam creep that will take you deposit and you will never hear from them again. If a deposit is reqired move on to one that you can see and trust.
