In a state other than New York, there is a very high probability that the person in the profile is a scammer. It's as if they don't know enough geography, to pick a real city name.

I agree that is the case for 95 percent of those ads. I have ran into a couple girls over the years that for whatever reason didn't list their city perhaps for additional anonymity.

Jodie has been mentioned as a scam here. I agree, never ever do video calls or send any explicit pic until after meeting (even then, there is risk of blackmailing, extortion etc). Also, don't ever use your real phone number. Use a burner phone or google voice or something. People can easily find info on you with your phone number.

Just an observation but it seems like if they put their location as Maryland, Maryland or Virginia, Virginia they are scammers. The first question they ask is where are you located. It seems to me like it says on our profile. I play along with them when I'm bored but all fake so far LOL.
