The location that you described is possibly the same place where I have seen someone multiple times (without incident) over the last several months. The girl I saw is not the one in your link. Yep. I can also confirm the same shady behavior. She will say she is ready and then go silent for hours or days. I can't afford to blow my limited free time on this crap.
