I decided to take a break with the pandemic and quarantine at it's peak unless I got very horny or a provider I really like offered a nice discount. I recently texted a local provider that has great reviews but has not been advertising lately to ask if she was safe and available. I did ask them why they were not at nicer hotels, since that affected business. Surprisingly, this was something that they were well aware of and were willing to live with it, I guess they just didn't want to make the effort / invest the money to be at a nicer hotel.

In the years since, I have texted some providers with ok reviews here but decided not to see them because of where they were staying. I did make that clear to them.
