Nothing about this ad looks real. I won't list all the numerous red flags because I don't want to educate the scammers for their future ads. But you shouldn't have even tried on one like this.

Would you mind letting me know some of these red flags? I'm trying to be cautious but I'm new to all of this so I don't really know what I'm doing.

Really Struck out with this one.

Set up was easy enough, didn't get a name, but she lives in a fairly nice private residence off of crabtree. This is sadly the most positive part of the whole experience. When I arrived she greeted me in panties and shirt, pics are accurate. She's a little bigger then I was expecting, especially in the stomach, but not by much. Another girl quickly tried to run by and scamper into another room without me seeing, which is always a turn off for me. Kills the mood imo. They both go into the other room for a couple of minutes and she comes out all jazzed up and jittery. Could've saved yourself some time by looking at "Accepted payment methods" in the ad. If cash is not listed (for her, cashapp and venmo), then its probably a deposit scam. If not (and that's a small if), I'm bypassing anyway because cash is the only way I'm ever paying any of these hos.

We just have to "Be Smarter" than these hos.
