I'd see it as almost pointless. I obviously don't care, you guys do you. I've basically been sticking with regulars anyway, so I'd be involuntary joining. And the ones that can usually get steady work are already getting it because they aren't the type the ad is whining about. All 3 days would do is possibly make them lower their rates.
