I drove by there this weekend and thought they were opened because there was a sign advertising the spa was on the curb. I called the number, but there was no answer.

Unsure if it means a new place is opening (in regards to first ad) or if it means many of the ladies left these places because of covid. Or maybe a third possibility is that they expect things to go back to normal by the end of this month and they are anticipating demand.

Has anyone tried Lexa? She asks for a partial prepay and I got ghosted once after screening and booking a same day appointment (I didn't prepay). She later apologized but I never did get to reschedule. She is cute and advertises an authentic nuru experience with nuru gel on an air matress.

I've used Lexa a couple of times. I actually reviewed her on PD. She's great. She can sometimes take an extra half hour to setup and such. I've found that to not just be her though, the other times I've mongered they've taken longer than when you setup the appointment. Nuru is awesome. Love doing it and definitely makes me come back.

I actually found a Thai massage place, completely therapeutic, that is open under the radar. Got a nice 60 m massage today and it felt amazing. PM me if you want the location.

Mestiza was the best, but you won't find her. There isn't any great real nuru in San Diego anymore. Luna in Mira Mesa / Scripps area has a smallish mattress and real gel, slides all over and is fully nude. Natalie in the North Park area has an inflatable mattress and real gel, hot body with great slides. And Sam in Fashion Valley has real gel, performs on a bed and is fun.
