Had an appointment by Cumberland Mall so I was already half way to FIB. Decided to drive down and see the area. No expectations at all just wanted to get out. Beautiful morning!! Well got Fib just before 8 pm spent about an hour in the area the entire time didn't see not one Patrol car anywhere.
