Don't do it. It's all virtual / platonic. Selling pictures of feet is the in thing. They will post a picture of their Venmo screenshot. "just send me money" is basically what they're saying.

Good catch! I guess it's possible that even though she says "petite Asian", she could be of distant Asian descent, and thus not look very Asian.

I have never used a VPN or done any attempt to hide my IP. I've been banned from SA before and I did what said to do. I didn't have a problem and did not get banned again. That has been my experience.
