More on slender body shaming. Years ago I coined a phrase about this. I call it the "oprahfication" of america. At one time oprah was actually trying to slim down and then one day she just said F it. She basically announced it on her show. She freely admitted she was not willing to give up certain foods and certain over eating habits. This made it totally acceptable for all those lazy IDGAS women that figure just because they have a pussy that some guy will always want it. Thank god there is a thing called genetics that makes it almost impossible for about 10% of men or women to gain weight beyond what is actually considered healthy. In the gym they call it hard gainers.

Long live the spinners and their ability to get me hard when I start playing with their sexy slender bodies. And its no secret that in men a healthy body makes for a better sex life all around. If you guys think you are going to be banging away at 70 (or even 60) with a big beer gut, think again. Even vitamin V and C can only go so far. Diabetes, overweight, and other conditions (like prostate/BPH), that may require drugs with adverse sexual side effects will be coming into play eventually. Trust me I know from personal experience. I still have a great time, but I can see the diminishing returns.

All the older guys (50 and up) already know this, but for you younger guys that get it up no problem in spite of your bad habits, (booze, drugs. overweight), be forewarned. Your time will come.
