I ask her what the $65 was for when I entered the place and said if she does a good job I will tip her accordingly but then just got frustrated ask for my money back and left.

Not worth it. Heard that it's older women who at most offer expensive HJ's, and many won't even offer that. Some will have you diy. Even with slim pickings I would avoid.
