The number one thing that they track is your IP address. So doing what MyNickname suggested will only loose you another $90, because the ban will happen shortly after paying.

He should use a browser that doesn't track your IP address, such as brave. You can go "private" on it and it uses a torrent.

Good catch! I guess it's possible that even though she says "petite Asian", she could be of distant Asian descent, and thus not look very Asian.
