I have called a couple places on the westside. No answer, no voicemail, no tiktok, no massage. I do not know how these places are going to make their monthly rent. And it ain't like there is a special forebearance in their leases for force majeure and / or garcetti will give relief to these places. I think there is going to be a real reduction in these places.
