Been on Seeking since she got knocked up back in June, 2019. Now three weeks away from birthing her kid. Brief update, she is going it alone (the kids father pumped & dumped). Just go to Walmart and get a prepaid credit card, throw 100 on it and change the address to your company and new email, phone. Blah blah blah. You will be fine, its not an IP ban like everyone thinks. I let my VPN expire and its perfectly golden logging in with my new account using that new credit card and contact info.

I think they ban you if you have not used the paid service for long time. They banned me a while back and I never sent any message to anyone. I just browsed the ads here and there. I created the second account with another email after 7 or 8 months and still have that account. You might be able to use another email and create another account. I can't imagine them banning your IP address because IP address are recycled. I would clear the history on the browser before using a different email address. I set my firefox to not remember history and so for my seconds account is still going. I bet they will ban if I don't get paid service ever. LOL.

Knock on wood, hasn't happened to me yet. I'm using one account on the computer and another on the cell phone. Always run the phone on the cell network so nothing gets mixed. That's the key, I think. If they see you trying to run multiple accounts on the same device they whack you.

If you're starting over, consensus is to change EVERYTHING! At New hardware, new payment method, new photos and I think I would avoid previous contacts. Anything that can be linked to the old account can link you to the new account and get you banned again.

I'm sure everyone of us has been a chump at some point. Unfortunately some hobbyists never learn and stay chumps for ever, others learn the game real quick.
